Injection Operation Method of Mini Shotcrete Machine:
After the preparation work is completed, the mixing material can be added to the machine. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4mpa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixing material and the length of conveying distance, adjust and determine the wind pressure leading to the cyclone, and open the upper air pipe valve again until there is no more material leaking out of the machine's residual air port.

Operation Method of Mini Shotcrete Machine:

then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone)
to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then
the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface.
At this time, the operator can start the machine and start
shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa.
According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of
conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind
pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again
until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
