Operate the machine for a short time in order to grasp the rotation
situation (pay attention to whether the direction of operation is
the same as the direction of arrow, pay attention to avoid the
heating of friction plate). Check the pressure applied to the
sealing plate. First, it is used to lock the nut on the clamping
device rod until it is pressed. Then, it is used to tighten 2-3
rings with a wrench until the sealing plate does not leak air.

Operation Method of Shotcrete Equipment:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be
added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the
main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and
then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone)
to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then
the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface.
At this time, the operator can start the machine and start
shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa.
According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of
conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind
pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again
until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
